Broke your rod? It happens — car doors, ceiling fans, boat lids. The Expeditor Program gets you back on the water with a replacement rod at 50% off RRP, for rods bought in the last 12 months.
It's a goodwill program for accidental damage, not a warranty. If you believe your rod failed through a manufacturing defect, see our Warranty page instead.
Subject to availability. We can only replace what we have in stock. If your model or colour has been discontinued, we'll try to find a suitable alternative, but we can't guarantee the same rod.
How it works
- Submit the form below with proof of purchase, photos of the damage (the broken section and the model code printed on the rod) and a short explanation of what happened.
- If approved, we'll email you where to send the logo section of the broken rod — cut and return the part of the blank carrying the Samaki logo (see example below).
- Once we receive it, we'll send payment instructions.
- Pay, and we ship your replacement. Freight both ways is at your cost.
Claims without the required details can't be processed, and we may decline a claim that doesn't meet the program's requirements.
