At Samaki, we are committed to providing quality fishing gear to our customers. While our rods are designed to perform under tough conditions, we understand that accidents can happen. The Samaki Expeditor Program offers a streamlined replacement process for customers whose rods have been damaged.
Program Details
- The Expeditor Program provides a replacement rod at 50% off the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).
- This program applies to rods purchased within 12 months of the claim.
- Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the replacement process.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Expeditor Program, customers must provide the following:
Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt or invoice showing the date and location of purchase.
Photos of the Damaged Rod
- A clear image of the broken section of the rod.
- A clear image showing the model code printed on the rod.
Explanation of Damage
- A brief description of how the rod was damaged. (This will not affect eligibility—it is for our own knowledge.)
Return of the Logo Section
- Customers must cut and return the section of the rod blank containing the Samaki logo (see example below) to complete their claim.
- Details on where to send this will be provided after claim approval.
Claim Process
- Submit your claim using the form below, including all required details.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the logo section of your rod.
- After we receive the logo section, we will send you an email with payment instructions.
- Upon receipt of payment, your replacement rod will be shipped to your provided address.
Important Notes
- The Expeditor Program is designed to provide a replacement rod at a reduced cost in the case of accidental breakages and does not constitute a traditional warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Claims submitted without the required documentation will not be processed.
-
Samaki reserves the right to review and deny claims that do not meet the program's requirements.
