Warranty Information
Samaki reels carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, for the original owner, from the date of purchase. We'll repair or replace the faulty part free of charge. Keep your receipt — you'll need it to claim.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Wear and tear, such as worn bearings or a worn drag.
- Corrosion or damage from lack of maintenance, accidents or misuse.
- Modifications or repairs by anyone other than us.
- Reels bought from non-authorised or overseas sellers.
Take it back to the store you bought it from, with your receipt, or lodge a claim with us using the Reel Warranty/Repair Form. We'll get back to you within 14 days.
You pay to send the reel to us. If it's repaired or replaced under warranty, we cover the rest, including shipping it back to you.
No. The warranty covers reels bought from authorised Samaki stockists in Australia.

Not without voiding the warranty. Only Samaki or our authorised representatives carry out warranty repairs.
